The company was officially registered in 1989. George Angelev graduated from the University of Western Australia with a Bachelor of Architecture in 1981. He worked with various architectural offices from 1981 up until 1986 after which time he commenced his own practice.

Georgestan Homes has been involved in the Design & Documentation of:

• Residential Homes - luxury through to smaller scale residences
• Additions & Alterations - residential & commercial
• Multiple Unit Developments - double & single storey residential
• Various Commercial Projects - office, factory, warehouse, etc
